RETURN POLICY 

As per IT-Parts return policy, new and unopened standard stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with limited exceptions. The product must be in new or like-new condition with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included when delivered.

Confirmed returns are usually processed within four weeks of IT-Parts.Net' s receipt of the returned products (to cover transit and processing time).

If you need to return a product, simply download, complete, and send back the RMA Form.

For the stock products with no artificial damage, you can submit an RMA request in the “My Account” section of your IT-Parts.Net account page within 30 days from the date of receipt. You will receive a prepaid return label at no charge and a full refund to the original form of payment* for the following items:

  • Marketplace items from 3rd-party sellers follow the individual seller’s return policy.

  • IT-Parts items purchased as gifts are refunded as store credit only.

  • Non-returnable purchases include digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, consumable items and items that are user damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents.
